A year-round or seasonal stream or creek running through the property.
Strong sun exposure
Open, south-leaning aspect with good light for gardens, solar, and growing.
Private & secluded
Limited visibility from the road and no neighbours in sight — true privacy matters to us.
Raw land or with a home
Bare acreage or property with an existing house — we're open to both.
